We require you to select this option If your home has not been cleaned by a professional in quite some time and/or is not being maintained on a regular basis by you or a professional. If not selected it may be added upon arrival. Post renovation cleanings are charged hourly.
No we don’t treat for pests. We only clean and vacuum any dead, or any debris left behind from the pest.

1. Our rate for OFFICE CLEANINGS & RECURRING HOURLY RATES are $47/hr per person
*Recurring hourly cleanings mean custom cleanings that do not need the whole home cleaned per visit
2. Our rate for any ONE TIME CUSTOM CLEANINGs & 4 BEDROOM HOMES (ONE TIME CLEANINGS ONLY) are $50hr per person.
3. Our POST CONSTRUCTION/HEAVY DUTY CLEANINGS are to be inspected before pricing.

Pets are not a problem. However, we do need to know if you have them. Also, if any pet is aggressive we ask that you secure them while we are cleaning your home. Our cleaners are instructed not to enter a house if they believe an animal is a threat.
We provide all of the cleaning supplies including vacuum. If you have a specific product that you would like us to use just let us know. We will be happy to use a product you have left out for us.

Please let us know the amount or percentage and we will add that to your credit card bill. Adding a tip to the check is also fine. The average tip is 15%-20%.
Unfortunately, we cannot do any type of cleaning if others are working in the unit at the same time. This is to prevent any blame towards our cleaners.
